As of now we are only shipping within the United States. But if you have a special order needing accommodations please email us at info@whartoncreativecompany.com and we will do everything we can to work with you!

We prefer you do not. We can ship to a PO box but we do not guarantee it won't be delayed, lost, or damaged. We prefer carriers such as FedEx or UPS.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

It depends on where you are and what you ordered. Orders typically take up to 15 business days to ship out. Your products are made to order with meticulous attention to detail and quality and so some orders take longer than others. We always do our best to produce and ship orders quickly, but if your order is on a specific deadline we recommend you leave plenty of extra time for delivery. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We do everything we can to avoid products being placed on backorder. In most cases if an item becomes unavailable, we will remove it from the store site. At times, an item may be on backorder. If this happens, we will contact you with the option to refund or wait for the item to become available. Backordered items, depending on market conditions, could be between 2 – 10 weeks.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We DO NOT accept returns on orders that are the wrong size or color or preference, we ONLY ACCEPT returns on faulty or products that arrive damaged. All orders are custom made to order on a per order basis and we can not accept returns on custom made products unless there is a genuine craftsmanship flaw or damage.
